Using the most up to date nutrition science, we explore how shifting to more nutrient dense meals can help a person to live a healthier and longer life, while at the same time protecting natural resources and helping to combat climate change. Your students will be empowered to make positive and meaningful changes for personal and planetary health. Provides support for middle school national and state health standards.
